Terms of Use
Last updated: October 8, 2026
Agreement
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Membership and community
WTE membership is free. Members agree to follow our Code of Conduct and Anti-Discrimination Policy. We may remove anyone from our community spaces who violates it, including for MLM or pay-to-pitch solicitation, discrimination, or spam.
Content you submit
When you submit a story, photo, video, testimonial, or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it and that people shown have agreed to be featured. You give WTE a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, edit for length, and share it on our website, social media, and promotional materials. You can ask us to remove it at any time, and we will remove it from our website and future posts.
Events and tickets
Event tickets are sold through third-party platforms such as Eventbrite, and their terms apply. Unless an event page says otherwise, paid ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Event details, speakers, and agendas may change. You attend events at your own risk and are responsible for your own conduct.
Sponsorships and partnerships
Sponsorship purchases and partnerships are governed by the package description at the time of purchase and any separate agreement between you and WTE.
Business Toolkit and affiliate links
Some Business Toolkit links are affiliate links. WTE may earn a commission at no extra cost to you, which supports our free programs. Offers are provided by those companies, and we are not responsible for their products or services.
Our content
The WTE name, logo, design, and website content belong to WTE or its licensors. Please do not copy or use them without permission, except to share links to our pages.
No professional advice
Content on this site and at our events is for general information and education only and is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, WTE and its volunteers, leaders, and partners are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in events.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new date at the top.
